Role Requirements
Position: Junior to Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer
Minimum Experience: 3+ years
Core Skills:
- Strong Java and Spring Framework expertise (primary requirement)
- Front-end development experience (e.g., Qt) is an added advantage.
- The selected candidate will join the R&D team of approximately 15–20 members, including Developers, Testers, and Pre-Sales personnel.
Recruitment Process
- Initial resume screening by the recruitment team.
- Candidate assessment comprising:
- Coding test
- IQ test
- The coding assessment must be completed in a Microsoft Word document and submitted via email within the stipulated timeline.
- The use of AI tools during the assessment is strictly prohibited.
- Candidates who successfully pass the assessment will proceed to one interview round.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Budget: Up to MYR 8,000 per month.
One-month fixed bonus.
Comprehensive medical and insurance benefits, including coverage for spouse and children where applicable.
Work Arrangement
- Current work model: Hybrid (one day work-from-office per week).
- The company plans to relocate to KL Eco City.
- Upon completion of the office relocation (expected by the end of this year or early next year), employees will be required to work fully onsite.
Candidate Selection
- Candidates will be evaluated primarily based on their technical skills and overall suitability for the role.
- While there has been a previous preference for Chinese-speaking candidates, the hiring decision will ultimately be based on merit and capability.
